FAQs

How far in advance should I order and what is your turnaround time?

Once your final balance is settled, our standard production turnaround time is 8 weeks. This allows us to meticulously print, assemble, and quality-check every single detail of your stationery suite before it heads out the door.

How do deposits and bookings work?

To secure your date in our design diary, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Once your deposit is paid, your spot is officially locked in.

When will I see a proof of my stationery?

We will send digital proofs over for your review so you can check every piece of copy, layout, and detail. Once you’ve given us the green light on your proofs and your final balance is paid, we send your suite straight to print.

Can I order a sample before committing?

Absolutely!
We know how important it is to feel the weight of the card stock and see the finish in person.
Individual samples are available to purchase for £10 each.

How will my stationery be delivered?

All finished orders are sent via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked delivery.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way, giving you total peace of mind for safe arrival.
